The exhibition is the result of my forays through the Lower Franconian landscape with my dog. The camera is always there too. Hilly landscapes full of vines, the banks of the Main, all of it fascinated me from the start. Especially in spring, summer and autumn. The Winter sometimes influences me with its sad mood; it is precisely this that has often produced the most beautiful pictures.
Observing the development of nature over the seasons, talk to the winegrowers and ask about the wages of all the work. I have often received the following answer: “What hard work and hardly any income!” My answer was: “But in the end it comes out with a wonderful wine!” And I always promised to come back for a try.
